Chocolate Menu

. Earl Grey… milk & dark chocoloate ganache infused with earl grey tea and bergamot. (oval swirl with “s” design)

. Grand Marnier… dark chocolate ganache combined with Grand Marnier liquor and fresh orange zest. (wood grain oval)

. Cashew Caramel W/ Sea Salt… roasted cashews, topped with butterscotch caramel, covered in milk chocolate and a sprinkle of French sea salt.

. Peanut Butter Pretzel… peanut butter gianduja truffle rolled in crushed, salted pretzels.

. “Truffle” Truffle… 70% dark chocolate ganache infused with white truffle oil rolled in French cocoa powder.

. Cognac… Chocolate ganache flavored with fine cognac. (round with gold specks)

. Aztec… Dark chocolate ganache infused with cinnamon, nutmeg, and chili peppers. (oval Aztec with orange decoration)

. Black Sesame Tahini… Sesame tahini filling with honey and black sesame brittle. (oval with black sesames)

. Peanut Brittle… Slow cooked peanut brittle dipped in milk chocolate.

. Roesmary Caramel... Gooey caramel filling infused with fresh rosemary covered in milk chocolate.

. Green Fairy… Dark chocolate ganache flavored with real absinthe and anise.

All chocolates are made in small batches with 100% natural and fresh ingredients and have a shelf life of two weeks.

The chocolate is a combination of many influences. They are made in small batches so that you always get the freshest chocolate possible. Only the best ingredients are used and they are 100% natural. All the chocolates are hand made and held to the highest standards.
The Chocolates come in a dozen flavors ranging from the spicy aztec to the unique "truffle" truffle made with real white truffle oil.

Who is C&M Chocolatier

C&M Chocolatier was started in late 2010 by Chris Martorano, a chocolatier with over 10 years experience in the chocolate industry. The company is based out of New York City's east village where Chris gets inspiration from the wide variety of foods and flavors that the east village has to offer.
